Job summary

Electrical Source is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives. This role ensures GAAP-compliant financial statements and provides internal reporting and analysis to support company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Three to five years of related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Fixed asset accounting experience required.
• Sales tax and intercompany reconciliation experience required.
• International accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Epicor & P21 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
• Complete bank account reconciliations.
• Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Conduct financial and operational process audits.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Perform project-based financial analysis and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Support other accounting department objectives and special projects as assigned.
