Job summary

Qualifications

2–4 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
GAAP knowledge and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
Ability to work remotely with strong communication.
CPA eligibility is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain general ledger accounts and post transactions.
Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
Analyze financial information to identify trends and cost control improvements.
Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
Support internal and external audits with documentation.
Collaborate across departments to ensure policy compliance.
Continuously improve accounting processes for efficiency.
