Atrium in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple entities, working closely with finance and operations teams to ensure GAAP compliance.

The role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic retail company. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, solid analytical ability, and a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; 2+ years public audit or 5 years related experience preferred; authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of public audit at a CPA firm OR 5 years of related accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis.
• Solid planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams daily to ensure the accuracy of accounting books.
• Monitor all accounts and analyze related performance to support decision-making.
• Manage accounting processes and prepare/approve quarterly financial reports, compliance, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Research and propose accounting guidance to facilitate discussions and conclusions with team members.
• Prepare analyses or responses to address requests from vendors, locations, and partners.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
