Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office and advanced spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, interpret, and analyze complex accounting records for strategic decisions and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries to support monthly close.
• Review financial reports for accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyses for GAAP compliance.
• Participate in monthly financial package reviews and communicate with management.
• Respond to inquiries from management/executives regarding financials.
• Assist Manager with research to support strategic decisions.
• Perform special projects to support the department.
• Cross-train to provide departmental coverage.
