Job summary

Richwell Group seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in City of Industry, California. You will maintain accurate financial records, support month-end close, prepare reports, and ensure GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, experience with ERP software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and close procedures.
• Experience with ERP software; QuickBooks/Sage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
