Tesco Controls, a UFT company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support general ledger, reconciliations, project accounting, and audits. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure GAAP compliance.

Join a stable, growing company delivering critical infrastructure. The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills; CPA or candidate preferred, construction/manufacturing experience a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Construction, engineering, and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• CPA license or CPA candidate preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative across departments and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations; support month-end close.
• Oversee fixed assets, inventory, and project/job cost accounting.
• Provide leadership to the accounting and finance team.
• Recommend process improvements and support policy development.
• Assist with annual financial statement audits and budgeting.
