The role supports external audits and internal stakeholders with organized documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in relevant accounting areas, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• 4+ years experience with job costing, preparing WIP schedules, and supporting month-end closing.
• 4+ years experience managing sales and use tax collections on receivables.
• 4+ years experience preparing documentation for CPA financial reviews and audits.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
