Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred but not required.
Continuing professional education in accounting or nonprofit accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL postings, and reconciliations.
Lead month-end close process with accurate journal entries and accruals.
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules for internal stakeholders.
Maintain and improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize Excel and ERP tools to analyze data, identify variances, and support decision making.
Assist with Form 990 filings in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and data anomalies promptly.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects to strengthen reporting and controls.
