We are seeking an experienced accountant/full-charge bookkeeper with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to serve our growing list of clients. We provide full-service accounting solutions to clients ranging from start-ups to established companies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing transactions daily, assisting in financial processes, preparing financial statements and reports, and addressing client questions.

Requirements

• Accounting or business-related degree (preferred)
• Full-charge bookkeeping experience — 5+ years preferred
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate (a plus)
• Verifiable references
• Salary negotiable based on experience
