We are seeking an experienced accountant/full-charge bookkeeper with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key attributes of a successful candidate include:

• Highly Organized: Ability to manage time effectively across 10 to 15 clients and keep the team organized.
• Finisher: Ability to complete tasks efficiently and solve problems quickly, ensuring timely delivery.

• Client Service Oriented: Excellent interaction skills with business owners and managers, establishing trusted relationships.

We provide full-service accounting solutions to clients ranging from startups to established companies. Your responsibilities include reviewing financial transactions daily, assisting in all accounting processes, preparing financial statements and management reports, and addressing client questions.

Requirements

• Accounting or business-related degree (preferred)
• Full-charge bookkeeping experience (5+ years preferred)
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel
• Strong experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate (a plus)
• Verifiable references

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
