• Manage accounting for 5-7 senior living properties using ALIS software.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
• Handle investor and third-party owner reporting.
• Analyze financial results and identify trends and variances.
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and process improvements.
