Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Accountant (Contract) to partner with our accounting team across Fixed Assets, Leases, and Intangible Assets. You will drive process improvements, ensure IFRS compliance, and support month-end close while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting experience in a multinational setting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA or similar preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a multinational setting.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge with emphasis on fixed assets, leases and impairment.
• Experience with Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and Intangible Assets accounting; IFRS familiarity.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Fixed Assets, CIP, Leases, and Intangible Assets accounting.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Partner with facilities, IT, planning, procurement to understand capital projects and lease changes.
• Drive process improvements and implement standardized controls across asset accounting.
