The role emphasizes improving controls, scalability, and efficiency through technology, while supporting audits, lender reporting, and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Advanced NetSuite experience including GL, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting annual audits and lender examinations.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Strong AR/AP management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Own month-end close processes, journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations.
• Manage AR/AP across multiple locations; coordinate with lenders and auditors.
• Lead financial systems and automation initiatives, evaluate AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure internal controls, proper cutoffs, and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Director of Finance and IT to implement system improvements.
