Qualifications

• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and earnings releases.
• Coordinate external quarterly reviews and annual audits with auditors (e.g., KPMG).
• Prepare technical accounting papers to support conclusions on complex transactions and assist SOX controls.
