Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in legal industry.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation.
• Experience with reconciliation and ledger management.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to detect and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain general ledger entries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the legal team on financial implications of legal matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial policies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide financial advice to management for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with all finance-related regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and accounting best practices.
