Job summary

The role covers general accounting activities, including preparation of monthly financial statements, external reporting, accounts payable, fixed assets, and GL reconciliations.

The position requires five to eight years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with strong Excel skills and MS

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end closing book entries and review month-end reports.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Assist in leading the accounting team to positive outcomes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance reporting including NCUA 5300 and FRR regulations.
