Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, GL accounting, reconciliations, and use of computerized accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review monthly project financial reports and coordinate with project managers on budgets.
• Monitor healthcare, pension, and fringe benefit budgets.
• Prepare quarterly financial management reports for executives.
• Perform financial analysis to identify expenditure and cost trends.
• Provide accounting and grant administration guidance to project managers and leadership.
