Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years accounting experience including payroll/payables/receivables supervision.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile financial information and accounts.
• Assist with preparation of the City's Annual Financial Report.
• Assist with calculation of overhead for Capital Projects.
• Reconcile capital assets to the ledger and prepare quarterly roll-forward schedule.
• Process zero account payable invoice entries for the department.
• Assist internal and external auditors.
• Perform annual inventories for divisions as needed.
