SNI Financial, partnering with a well-known publicly traded company in the Loop, seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, SEC filings, and audit support. This role focuses on GAAP compliance, consolidation, and management reporting, with strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience; public accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting experience required.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and SEC filings in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support monthly management and CFO reporting.
• Prepare consolidation, intercompany, and related journal entries.
• Review financial data and Hyperion reporting.
• Support quarterly earnings releases and standalone financial statements.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with external audits.
• Review XBRL tagging and debt covenant calculations.
• Identify process improvements and assist with special projects.

This individual will support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including SEC filings, financial statements, management reporting, and audit support.
