Job summary

Atrium in Florida is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the financial close and reporting process, collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure accurate financial information and strong internal controls.

The role focuses on managing the close cycle, accounting analysis, and preparation of statements, with exposure to SOX and SEC filings; CPA preferred and 5–7+ years of accounting experience; BS in Accounting or Finance required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA designation or active CPA candidacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting close cycle and prepare financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Perform financial analysis, account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance; resolve variances.
• Assist with SOX reporting and SEC 10-Q/10-K filings.
• Support regulatory filings, audit requests, compliance documentation and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on forecasting, budgeting, intercompany transactions and process improvements.
• Assist with special projects and other corporate accounting responsibilities.
