WhiteCap Search is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring accurate financial statements in alignment with GAAP.

The role involves coordinating with external auditors and internal teams, designing accounting policies for new products, and preparing analyses of revenue and variances for senior management. A CPA is preferred and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience with financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage month-end close process, reconciliations, and related reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal departments.
• Design and implement accounting policies for new product launches.
• Prepare revenue analysis, performance trends, and variance explanations.
• Review deal arrangements and educate business on revenue accounting impacts.
• Prepare and file regulatory reports.
• Assist with quarterly and annual reporting and technical accounting issues.
