Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and FP&A on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant with strong technical accounting skills.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Excellent organizational abilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and GL activity.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Perform variance analysis of balance sheet and income statements.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and company policies.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and FP&A.
• Assist with special projects and other duties.
