Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills; working knowledge of Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete month end closes and prepare year end audit packets by due dates.
• Monitor fixed asset activity and determine capitalization vs expensing per policy.
• Analyze Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts and reconcile.
• Prepare reports for lenders and external parties by due dates.
• Mentor and train staff accountants and new hires.
• Collaborate with managers and other departments to resolve issues.
