Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Construction or manufacturing accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, account analysis, and GL accounting.
• Hands-on with Power BI or SQL for reporting and data analysis.
• Advanced ERP systems understanding and data flow impact on financials.
• Experience with Viewpoint Vista preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, identifying trends and variances.
• Perform GL account analyses and reconciliations; correct discrepancies as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end close; prepare journal entries and schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reports using Power BI or SQL for management insights.
• Extract, validate, and analyze ERP data; ensure reports reconcile to accounting records.
• Review project and production costs, margins, and profitability; explain variances.
• Collaborate with accounting, project management, and operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and strengthen controls.
• Assist with audits and maintain supporting documentation for transactions.
• Perform special analyses and other accounting projects as assigned.
