Job summary

PROBAT, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our growing finance team in Texas. The role will manage accounts receivable, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and support audits with a strong focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will contribute to integrating accounting operations during the merger, support ERP consolidation, and help maintain internal controls across locations with timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, GL reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Oversee invoicing, cash application, aging analysis, and collections support.
• Assist with external audits and year-end reporting.
• Support ERP consolidation and data migration during merger.
• Coordinate inter-company and multi-location consolidation efforts.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and Sales to standardize processes.
