Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is recruiting a Senior Accountant for a private Christian college north of Boston. The role focuses on endowment and investment accounting, grant accounting, audits, regulatory reporting, and supporting the Form 990 process.

You will work closely with senior finance leadership and contribute to a major Workday implementation transforming college operations, while leveraging GAAP expertise and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Endowment and investment accounting expertise.
• Grant accounting experience and compliance oversight.
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting rigor.
• Experience with Workday financials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform endowment and investment accounting and reporting.
• Oversee grant accounting and regulatory reporting.
• Support the annual Form 990 process and related filings.
• Assist with Workday implementation and finance modernization efforts.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership.
