FORTÉ, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a Senior Accountant to join Corporate Accounting. You will manage general ledger tasks, payroll-related postings, and internal controls improvements, while partnering with HR and leadership on process enhancements.

This role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems, Power BI, and ASC 842 lease accounting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and solid US GAAP knowledge.
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review journal entries to support month-end close.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items.
• Maintain and improve incentive process coordination with HR and management.
• Oversee ASC 842 lease accounting including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support year-end audit schedules and tax requests.
