Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process by preparing financial analyses, reviewing results, and identifying key business trends for management
• Serve as a financial partner to operational and corporate leaders by providing reporting, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making
• Maintain balance sheet through account reconciliation activities and preparation of recurring and non-recurring journal entries
• Collaborate with accounting leadership on technical accounting matters, financial reporting requirements, and continuous process enhancement initiatives.
• Leverage technologies and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate audit support activities, including preparation of schedules, analysis of financial data, and interaction with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain reporting models, reconciliations and supporting documentation relate to reserves, accruals key metrics and other accounting needs.
