Staff Financial Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Accountant with CPA and strong ERP experience to manage financial reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and process improvements within a large enterprise ERP system, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 remote) and a base salary of $95,000–$100,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or portions of CPA exam completed is highly preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with a large, enterprise-level ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365).
• Experience in a multi-site, multi-state accounting environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly financial statements across multiple locations.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and GAAP-compliance.
• Support accounting operations across sites and states for consistent reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly close.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors and internal teams to optimize workflows.
