Clutch Technologies Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. You will manage the full accounting cycle, oversee AR and AP, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

The ideal candidate is a designated CPA with strong technical accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. On-site work at our Downtown Toronto office is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation required.
• 3+ years of experience in analytical accounting or finance; public accounting experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Guide and support the bookkeeping team through daily operations, reconciliations, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities.
• Coordinate with finance team members to assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting in partnership with Operations and senior management.
• Analyze and report on financial and operational metrics.
• Build and improve internal financial processes to enhance efficiency and maintain strong control standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders during the implementation of a new ERP system.
