Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2+ years accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 or GP is a plus.
• CPA/CMA or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with month-end close.
• Support inventory accounting, including raw materials and finished goods reconciliations.
• Learn and assist with standard cost accounting and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Partner with operations to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and support audits.
