• 5+ years of hands-on month-end close ownership under US GAAP.
• Experience preparing journal entries with thorough supporting documentation.
• Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear, data-driven communication.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and leveraging AI/automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own general ledger areas and month-end close, delivering timely closes.
• Explain fluctuations and surface issues to FP&A and stakeholders.
• Prepare journal entries and adjustments with clear documentation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and escalate issues as needed.
• Analyze results and explain variance drivers in management reporting.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline analyses and recurring workflows.
• Strengthen controls and accounting processes across Corporate Accounting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, AP, Legal and other teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
