Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the corporate accounting team. This on-site role supports the close process and financial consolidations for a multi-unit organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-8 years of accounting experience with hands-on consolidation work, and strong US GAAP knowledge. Proficiency with ERP/consolidation systems and advanced Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-8 years of accounting experience, with hands-on consolidations experience required
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with a fully integrated ERP and/or consolidation system
• Advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries, including eliminations and intercompany entries
• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and monthly reporting packages
• Work hands-on in ERP and consolidation systems
• Support integration work as the company grows, including acquisitions
• Assist with interim and year-end audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable government reporting requirements
