Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. You will drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for corporate and multi-entity structures, delivering consolidated GAAP financials and analytics.

This role offers exposure to corporate reporting and audits within a sophisticated real estate/investment environment, with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with financial statement preparation, consolidations, and audit support.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate and underlying entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, reporting packages, dashboards, and analytics.
• Review general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor requests.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Maintain audit readiness and support control environments.
• Analyze financial results and provide budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Assist with annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting.
• Prepare quarterly cash flow reporting and tax-related calculations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes.
• Partner with Finance, Asset Management, and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support consolidation across multiple entities and ownership structures.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives
