Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or Masters preferred.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and accounting policy.
• Experience with SAP or ability to learn new systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and year end close processes; deliver timely and accurate financial statements.
• Perform technical accounting research and analyze data.
• Review financial statements and reconcile with Doors Accounting Leader to rectify inconsistencies.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and OC policy.
• Prepare the business Balance Sheet Reviews; ensure controls are executed and documented.
• Build strong cross functional relationships and partner with stakeholders to implement best practices.
