Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, public accounting experience is a plus.
• Active CPA or working toward CPA license preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with management and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end closing process and prepare journal entries.
• Invoice customers and reconcile billings to contracts.
• Oversee invoice entry and review credit card expenses for compliance.
• Identify cost savings and present findings to management.
• Investigate and explain budget-to-actual variances.
• Implement process improvements in accounting cycle.
• Assist with additional reporting and requests.
