CLA is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our CAAS group supporting Healthcare & Life Sciences, based out of our Green Bay or Appleton offices. You will work on client accounts, manage day-to-day transactions, and coordinate month-end close for multiple clients.

You will oversee the workflow and quality of work by Associates and Analysts, and contribute to quarterly and annual tax workpapers and related deliverables. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of accounting experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting/financial experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsabilités

• Client Service: Develops an understanding of each client’s operations and manages multiple clients and accounts.
• Day to Day Transactions: Oversees accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll postings.
• Month End Processing: Coordinates reconciliations and prepares basic to complex financial statements.
• Other Quarterly/Annual Processing: Completes sales tax returns and Form 1099s and audit workpapers as requested.
• Oversee workflow and quality: supervise Associates and Analysts on engagements.
