Job summary

ACC Recruiters is seeking a Senior Accountant to support rapid growth in a PE-backed manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the CFO and Controller on close, reporting, and acquisition integrations.

In this role you will perform cost, inventory, and profitability analyses, partner with operations, supply chain, and sales, and contribute to internal controls and process improvements as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manufacturing cost accounting knowledge is a must.
• Experience with acquisitions and integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management reporting packages and support external audits.
• Perform inventory, cost, and profitability analyses for manufacturing decisions.
• Support acquisition integrations and align accounting processes during/after acquisitions.
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to improve controls and reporting.
