Responsibilities

• Chase down unreconciled items until the subledger ties to the GL
• Coach senior analysts on how a clean reconciliation should feel
• Translate GAAP nuance into guidance the Burbank team can apply
• Build cash-flow models that hold up under a human-first stress test
• Pair Time Management reporting with Process Improvement reviews for a tighter feedback loop
• Carry the full-time payroll run from gross calc to filed tax deposit
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions
• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Burbank, CA team
