Strategic Employment in Burbank, CA is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead financial operations across locations. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a clear path to influence reporting and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years of accounting experience, and GAAP proficiency, with 2-3+ years in multi-location general ledger management. CPA eligibility is a plus but not required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA or CPA eligible is a plus but not required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience overall.
• 2-3+ years of experience managing and reconciling the general ledger for multiple locations/entities.
• Solid grasp of GAAP accounting fundamentals and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• General Ledger Mastery: Manage the general ledger for multiple locations and entities.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Oversee complex reconciliations and contribute to timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance accounting processes and efficiency.
