You will touch every part of the accounting process, not be pigeonholed in one GL area, and contribute across multiple buckets including reporting, audits, acquisitions, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading monthly close including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ability to prepare financial reporting packages and board-level cash flow reporting.
• Support for annual audit coordination and PBC requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of the monthly close process (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis).
• Prepare financial reporting packages and assist with board-level reporting, including cash flow reporting.
• Support the annual audit by coordinating PBC requests, gathering documentation, schedules and footnotes.
• Work on a steady stream of projects with varied exposure across accounting functions.
• Partner with Controller to implement processes and systems to increase finance efficiency.
