QE Solar is seeking a technically strong Senior Accountant to lead audit-ready GAAP reporting across six business units. You will own GAAP integrity, coordinate with external auditors, and support pro forma modeling for transactions.
The role partners with the Controller, CFO, and 424 Capital, handling month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations in NetSuite, and ensuring lender compliance as QE Solar scales.

QE Solar is seeking a technically strong and detail-driven Senior Accountant to lead audit-ready GAAP reporting across our six business units (DG, Utility, Vegetation Management, MV, RAC, and Corporate). This role is the primary owner of GAAP integrity and audit readiness at QE Solar, ensuring our books and records meet US GAAP standards at all times and can withstand external audit, lender review, and transaction diligence on demand. The role also supports PE and investment banking-grade pro forma modeling as a secondary focus.
This individual will serve as a senior reviewer of staff accountant work, the primary internal liaison for external auditors, and a key partner to the Controller, CFO, and 424 Capital. The role is critical to supporting QE Solar's audit readiness, lender compliance, and acquisition integration as the company continues to scale.

This position requires:
