Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant in Pittsburgh on a hybrid basis to join our accounting and finance team. The role centers on revenue recognition under ASC 606, month-end close, and financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and U.S. GAAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and documentation for ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Prepare and maintain revenue recognition documentation.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Legal, Operations, and Accounting teams for data needs.
• Support technical accounting analyses and special projects.
• Perform month-end close activities related to revenue accounting.
• Prepare revenue-related journals and supporting documentation.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial reporting.
