Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Senior Accountant to support and oversee key accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and cash application. You will supervise two Staff Accountants and drive accuracy and efficiency across customer balances and payment processing.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, proficiency in Coupa and Excel, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and other Eurofins entities to ensure timely, compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including AP/AR, billing, and general accounting.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/AP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze accounting data and reconcile.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in researching billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable and vendor management, ensuring invoices are processed timely and accurately.
• Handle customer billing and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and onboarding documentation.
• Apply daily customer payments to open AR, review aging, resolve unapplied cash, and coordinate intercompany transfers as needed.
