Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee AP/AR, customer billing and cash application, and related accounting activities. You will supervise staff accountants and ensure timely, accurate processing in line with policy.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in accounting, proficiency with Coupa and Excel, and strong analytical skills to resolve billing issues and drive process improvements. This full-time role is based in Norwood, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with AP/AR and billing.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procure-to-pay systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and vendor management processes.
• Manage accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and cash application.
• Collaborate with AR billing specialist to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
