Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee AP/AR, billing, and cash application. The role supervises two staff accountants and ensures accurate, timely processing across Eurofins entities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Coupa. This full-time on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities in Norwood, MA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience including AP/AR and billing.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/AP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile accounting data.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Process and review Accounts Payable invoices and vendor setups.
• Handle customer billing and ensure accurate invoicing and codes.
• Manage daily cash application and AR aging reviews.
• Support AR collection activities and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate intercompany transfers and corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer questions.
