Job summary

SearchLogic Recruiting LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst for a hybrid role in the Atlanta/Marietta area. The company is privately held and in an aggressive growth phase, broadening the finance function during a major ERP conversion from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics.

Open to Senior Accountant or Senior Financial Analyst candidates with strong technical fundamentals and a readiness to grow with the organization.

Qualifications

4+ years in accounting or financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA or progress toward CPA a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Own core month-end close activities — journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, helping tell the story behind the numbers.
Support the ERP conversion from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics, including process documentation and data integrity checks.
Assist with acquisition-related accounting as the company adds new entities to the portfolio.
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership on ad hoc financial analysis.
Help build and refine processes and controls as the finance team scales.
