Job summary

Arrive AI, a Nasdaq-listed innovator in Autonomous Last Mile technologies, seeks a Senior Accountant to own external and internal financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. You will leverage modern tools—including AI—to drive insight, enhance accuracy, and partner across teams in a fast-moving environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on accounting, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive process improvements to scale our ALM platform and financial operations.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or active CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• Experience in corporate public external financial reporting, SEC, and financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI a plus.
• Familiarity with Ramp or similar corporate spend management platforms.
• Ability to understand and work with complex financial and accounting instruments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file quarterly and annual SEC reports.
• Communicate with external auditors during reviews and audits.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and scenario modeling.
• Develop financial models to support decisions across the organization.
