Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on month-end close ownership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting.
• Experience using AI/automation to streamline workflows.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and explain drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned areas across monthly, quarterly, and annual close: journal entries and close on time.
• By your 90th day, independently manage close areas and balance sheet reconciliations.
• By your 90th day, explain variance drivers in management reporting with partners.
• By your 90th day, use AI-enabled tools to streamline analysis and recurring workflows.
• By the end of your first year, strengthen controls and accounting processes.
• By the end of your first year, drive scalable improvements across Corporate Accounting with teams.
