We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant, Accounting Policy & Controls to contribute to our financial governance efforts.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Accountant in the Accounting Policy & Controls team, you will:

  • Lead audit preparations and resolve compliance issues in coordination with external and internal audit teams.

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards.

  • Execute technical accounting duties such as investment and HTC accounting, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and derivative valuations.

  • Research emerging GAAP issues and assess regulatory needs for potential global office locations.

  • Develop and maintain a COSO-based internal control framework.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Tax, Internal Audit, and external auditors.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of technical accounting accounting and auditing experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • CPA required.

  • Demonstrated ability to research and interpret U.S. GAAP.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global cultural orientation and experience working in international environments.

  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach to challenges.

  • Experience supporting multi-national financial operations.

Expected salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
